Great Software

What do you like best? Ease of Use and integrations with Atlassian platform What do you dislike? Account management feels clunky, logging into the gurock site to manage subscriptions and view invoices is not ideal. What business problems are you solving with the product? Useful but outdated UI

What do you like best? no bugs or crashes. thge system works as expected. What do you dislike? interface, multiple places for doing the same thing etc. ui not super intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product none What business problems are you solving with the product? Its one of the best test management tool I've come across

What do you like best? It's level of customization allows us to configure the tool so that not only does it fit our process for now, but it will also allow us to grow and evolve in the future. It's level of integration with tools such as Jira and Jenkins is great for team collaborations. What do you dislike? I don't think I've come across anything so far that I can say I disliked. What do you like best? creatting test suites and sections/subsections. Linking to JIRA defects. What do you dislike? Adminstration and report generation is not intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Test case management. Integration with JIRA tickets is very useful. You can create runs and plans too.

What do you like best? Reporting and the capability to approximate screening enables you to collect more info easily.This test software application had a response and function for each concern I had. Our quality assurance team can run regression tests for projects without much hustle. With the TestRail product, our team can create test cases within a short period and monitor each ticket with ease. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It helped us to increase visibility of the cases and runs we tested. The fact that you can test runs and cases, in different tabs, one at a time increases efficiency of the tool. We were able to keep everything in check with the quality assurance team. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows you to customize projects such that you do not have to pay for projects that are not active.
