Solid test planning for a good price.

What do you like best? I like how visually simple the product is. Some other products have very busy and heavy UI. This software also had the best pricepoint that I could find. What do you dislike? I wish that it was a little easier to move around sections and test cases in the test plan. I often find myself dropping items in the wrong location. It is also a little touch to tell what section that you are in sometimes. Maybe there should be an option to set the colors of each nesting ...

Manager's view

What do you like best? Exported reports can be used for review and clearly understood by multiple parties whether they are TestRail users or not. What do you dislike? Automated testing with custom SW links can be cumbersome or downright unusable. Specifically working on an SDK with custom test app interfacing with proprietary HW - we aren't able to use TestRail to automate. Maybe an issue leveraging it properly on our end but seemed easier to not go through TestRail for this ...

I mainly use scheduling test plans

What do you like best? Reporting and the capability to approximate screening enables you to collect more info easily. This test software application had a response and function for each concern I had. Great for keeping track what action passed and exactly what stopped working. Making certain whatever is tape-recorded for future recommendation. What do you dislike? I have a concern with the quantity of readily available reports. To be trothful I do not have any significant grievance with ...
