Excellent software for creating and maintaining test plans across multiple projects.
What do you like best? I like how easy it is integrate TestRail with Jira. You can really make all of the testing your team is doing visible to the organization. Similarly, maintaining your test plans is so much easier when using TestRail as opposed to when using excel. What do you dislike? TestRail is a great tool for managing quality testing
What do you like best? TestRail is great at organizing my test cases and suites so that they can be reused quickly and easily. The app is also agile friendly so it's very easy to create a sprint milestone and assign test suites for full test coverage. What do you dislike? The standard reporting and dashboard is limited. Great tool
What do you like best? Easy to use, keep a nice history of the test runs and changes in test cases, very simple to create user defined fields. What do you dislike? Not easy to customize reports, downloads and print outs, as well as imports to edit test cases Recommendations to others considering the product Have faster releases. We are using TestRail for year and a half, and we only had 1 release since we purchased TestRail. It would be great to see new features of the product more ...

Decent product that does what it needs to.
What do you like best? It's functional. It serves it's purpose and the price is right. What do you dislike? UI is starting to grow stale. No #slack integration (as far as I know. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? QA coverage. It's helped a lot more than old school spreadsheets.

Solid Regression Testing Framework for all Skill Levels
What do you like best? This is a great platform to track regression testing. It is easily accessible to new employees to get up to speed with products and has power features for experienced users. The reports and APIs are especially useful. What do you dislike? The terminology takes a while to get used to and find. What do you like best? Ability to interact with Jira and tie into automation What do you dislike? Would like more customization and flexability What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to tie cases to Jira and creating metrics based on automation scripts has helped so much. Was also nice to be able to import test cases from an older test management tool when we decided to make this change.

What do you like best? Test repository, editing and moving test cases around. Export feature after execution Milestone feature Dashboard with milestone listed for every project What do you dislike? Testrail to Jira integration , it doesn't open up the the Jira tickets What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Useful but outdated UI
What do you like best? no bugs or crashes. thge system works as expected. What do you dislike? interface, multiple places for doing the same thing etc. ui not super intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product none What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? comprehensive end to end system tests for laucnhing new features.

Great Software
What do you like best? Ease of Use and integrations with Atlassian platform What do you dislike? Account management feels clunky, logging into the gurock site to manage subscriptions and view invoices is not ideal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Continuous software testing
