Good GUI, Good features

What do you like best? The Test Runs & Result feature give clear idea about how we are doing. Also, the milestones are very useful. The best things is integration with JIRA which helps us a lot for bug tracking with respect to any particular test case. Also, the integration with Confluence helps us prepare a complete document which describes the whole functionality with test cases etc. I use test rail to keep track of the release. What do you dislike? It will be better if they can ...

Easy and efficient

What do you like best? It allows us to organize and get an extensive documentation of our test plan and test cases. We can easily add test cases as we discover new issues. What do you dislike? It's amazing wish it has more integration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of documentation and making sure we test every part of ourp app. Since then we've seen a decline in issues post-release.

Great Test Management Tool

What do you like best? I love the robustness of the tool. It allows for granular reporting, seemingly limitless customisations and intuitive UI! What do you dislike? There's 1 annoying bug when you're editing a test case that's been added to a Test Run, then upon saving your updates, you're removed from the Test Run and left-back in the Suite in which the Test Case is situated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've used TestRail ...
