"Good Product - Easy to Use"
What do you like best about TestGorilla? Easy to set up a combination assessment for candidates by using pre-existing theoretical questions and adding practical tests to assess actual coding experience (in our case) and finally being able to add our questions allowing us to evaluate areas of particular interest to us as a company. It was effortless to set up and add candidates. Good questions and I thought that the remote video was handy.

What do you like best about TestGorilla? It's ready made, no need to create our tests, and we can also add our customs tests. I like the anti cheating system in place as well.

What do you like best about TestGorilla? The ease of creating a test and the pre-done tests allow me to ask questions that are pertinent to the industry I am hiring for. What do you like best about TestGorilla? Le fait de pouvoir mesurer la compétences de nos futurs collaborateurs avec les différents questions proposées. Aussi en fonction du poste, Test gorilla nous recommande des thèmes à inclure dans l'assessment. Nous apprécions également le fait de pouvoir mettre des case study en fonction du poste recherché et de notre secteur d'activité. Il y a aussi les tests de personnalité et les questions en ce sens qui nous aident durant les entretiens.

"Great Experience"
What do you like best about TestGorilla? I was able to select from a variety of tests which helped me test the right candidate for the right set of skills. I was also able to obtain a mix of video responses and tests very quickly, and they were automatically sent with the company branding. It was such a smooth experience!
