What do you like best about TestGorilla? I like that there are questions for everything, from personality tests to technical. I was struggling to find a way to evaluate candidates from a psychological point of view, and TestGorilla has a series of self-assessments for the candidate with a brief explanation of the use of each one of them. "Combining knowledge and personality"
What do you like best about TestGorilla? The comparison feature is amazing, the admin can see the candidates results in multiple formats for example how they score against other candidates, or how many they answered correctly.

"Perfect for standardizing assessments"
What do you like best about TestGorilla? I love all the different types of tests we can have in candidate assessments, not just skill tests but other tests like digital literacy, cognitive ability, problem solving etc which is so hard to judge.

"Excellent tool to help weed out candidates"
What do you like best about TestGorilla? Initially, I thought the questions were pretty easy (based on the sample questions I could preview), but once I started getting assessments completed I realized the tests were not super easy, and it really does help weed out candidates.
