What do you like best about TestGorilla? Having candidates complete an assessment on Test Gorilla is a filter to find better, more committed candidates. Standard Tests (e.g. Problem Solving) - the results can be compared with various applicant populations to determine how well a candidate performs.

What do you like best about TestGorilla? TestGorilla is intuitive, and easy to get setup with a basic suite of tests for various positions. There are not too many questions to answer to get going, although some tests, like the Culture Fit, do required extensive input because of the nature of the test.
