My account representatives have always been willing to listen to the customer discuss their experience, and actually, take that information and run for a solution. I feel as though my experiences and pain-points are important and may ultimately have an impact on the Terminus roadmap.

Their Single Click Chat is really great - deploying instant chat communication beyond our website and anywhere online, which is quite different than other vendors. Their development team continues to push the limits of possible and their customer support has been tremendous.
