A lifesaver!

PROS: I have a small-scale rental property and TenantCloud takes away my stress of having to handle everything. CONS: It would be nice if some information (such as the payment standing of my tenants) would be more accessible. It's a hassle to keep on generating reports just to see who owes me their dues.

It has everything I need to manage my business.

PROS: This has the complete suite of services that I need to manage my business. From making sure that all legal requirements are covered to bookkeeping--TenantCloud helps with these and more! CONS: It would be nice to have more control over the app updates.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Everything you need is in one place: tenant contacts, service provider contacts, leases, money in, money out, maintenance requests, etc. It is very essy to see those that have paid and those that have not. What do you like best about TenantCloud? This program makes it easy to manage my 19 unit property and keep track of everything I need. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I would like a quick link on the dashboard to see who has paid and who owes rent for the month quickly without running reports. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?
