I'm a first time landlord and TenantCloud was the perfect solution for setting up my tenants with an online payment and communication system.

Private landlord

I am a monthly subscriber and a private landlord for a small condo. I used TenantCloud to link an application and review them online easily. I also ran background checks through them. I subscribed in order to be able to use electronic signatures, store all the documents from applications to the final lease which was custom, and be able to invoice and collect payment electronically. TenantCloud is a great platform

TenantCloud has been a great platform for tenants, owners, and myself to connect and communicate. The online payment process has been difficult and confusing for some of my clients that aren’t as technologically sound. But other than that I am very satisfied with this application.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? friendly interface and zero learning curve. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? More funcation and integration should be provided in near future, for example outlook integration, average rental in same area etc... What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Expense & Income management and bills reminders are good benefits that I have realized.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? They made it very easy for you to provide credit card information -- just to create a login. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Tenant cloud is *happy* to continue charging you every month, even though you haven't "completed setup" of your account; however, they: 1. Have a customer service line that goes to voicemail (and no one returns your call) 2. Have "chat" online that is unwilling to help, can't cancel your account, and won't transfer you ...

It's a great tool for small landlords…

It's a great tool for small landlords and property managers. I'm using this program for more than 3 years and it's been working great. I like their mobile app, as I can manage rentals from my phone. And the best part is that I have been contacting their support for a few times asking for the autopay feature and few months later they have added it. Great product with many free features to manage your properties.
