The best for managing rental properties.

PROS: This is easily one of my favorite programs. It helps me take care of all things related to my business--from making sure that my clients comply with requirements to sending them billing statements. CONS: Nothing. This has everything I need and more.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Love that it makes tracking property needs, documentation, and maintenance so easy. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Still navigating how to upload/organize documentation intended for property management only and out of view of the tenants. Recommendations to others considering TenantCloud: Enjoy! What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of organizing and tracking maintenance.

"Excellent platform to simplify my business!"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Easy and intuitive to set up. I have not used all the features yet but it is invoicing and allows me to invoice and receive payments in addition to returning a payment notificaiton. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Bank account login verification didn't work but it was great to have the micro deposit alternative which worked great. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Replace manual time with automation.

"Strong Property Management Software"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like how everything is all on one platform for property management. It makes managing tenants, messaging them, tracking maintenance requests, and collecting payment centralized. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The UX design isn't as intuitive or user-friendly for someone who may have never used property management software or tech savvy. "For this being a free service, I absolutely love it. It has everything I need."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I love the user interface and the customer service. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I do not like that you have to pay in order to give your tenants the option of paying online without a fee. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? TenantCloud is giving me an easy and free way to organize my business.

"Clean Website and Easy to Use"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I love how easy it is to use and communicate with the tenants and support from TC itself. It has made everything easy to keep up with whether it sis a document that we have uploaded or a maintenance request that was submitted. We can keep track of conversations that we have with the tenants without fear of having them be deleted. Also, Tenant Cloud keeps up with all of the late fees for us, so we do not have to. "Clean format and easy to use!"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Simple design and easy to use. All unit information is easily accessible and collecting rent and billing is just as easy. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The accounting page is a little to simplified for me. I’m used to ledgers on spreadsheets and this is broken down in a way that’s says for beginners. What do you like best about TenantCloud? Easy to navigate user interface that provides a sleek feel to property management. Multiple features are interlinked to keep all your information in sync and simple to locate. Additionally, the user support features regarding the help desk was a major help initially starting out with the software.
