A pretty good backbone for my business.

PROS: This is such a great assistant. It organizes and stores your data for you. You can easily tap into it if you need to retrieve information on any aspect of your business. Plus, you can easily track those who have an outstanding balance with you and those who have a clean record of payment. CONS: The program has a transferring fee--a necessary but inconvenient aspect of this program. The waiting time for the money to be transferred to your bank can take a few days too.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? The dashboard is easy to read all the relevant information at once. Each task is well laid out and easy to find. Payments from tenants are easy to accept once the accounts are validated by the third party processor. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I really have no dislikes. "TenantCloud responds quickly to my questions. This software if very user friendly."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Tenant Cloud is very User Friendly. Dashboard is great. Easy to understand What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Bank set up could be easier. It took a few days setting up my bank which caused delays in processing payments. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Property management in one place

"Solid platform. Great, but not perfect."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? It makes property management and collecting payments fairly easy. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The site layout isn't super easy to use for both Tenant and LL. Some features are hard to find. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Collecting payments is much easier at a low cost.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like the reminders and the task lists I'm able to assign to a person or specific property. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The lack of entries for the form creator.
