If you're looking for a good value for your money, you won't go wrong with this one. It's clean and easy to learn also. What do you like best about TenantCloud? Tenantcloud can allow the tenant to pay online without any fees. Also, allowing landlords to withdraw all the funds in one transaction is very convenient. Simplifies communication between owners and managers

PROS: The transparency that this program provides is second to none. All of the information I need is just within reach. I don't have to go through a series of red tapes just to access data. CONS: It would be nice if TenantCloud could provide a more seamless communication platform between all parties involved. Right now, I don't get notified of updates in real-time.

A pretty good backbone for my business.

PROS: This is such a great assistant. It organizes and stores your data for you. You can easily tap into it if you need to retrieve information on any aspect of your business. Plus, you can easily track those who have an outstanding balance with you and those who have a clean record of payment. CONS: The program has a transferring fee--a necessary but inconvenient aspect of this program. The waiting time for the money to be transferred to your bank can take a few days too.
