"Good, but there is better"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? The number of listings being limitless is pretty amazing. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The UI is a little dicey and the functionality is limited for PHA program. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't really noticed any benefits other than saving money on monthly sub fees, but Yardy is much more all encompassing support.

"Good functional software"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like that it uses Dowlla payments so I don't have to pay a stripe fee. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I wish it was more apparent that auto-payment for tenants is a paid feature. Software can also have small glitches at times. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows my tenants to easily pay on time.

PROS: I've been using this program for years now, and I can't imagine running my business without its help. It has made things a lot easier for me. I admire the dedication of their developers to make sure that the features continue to be relevant to their users. Even my tenants love the convenience that this program provides. "Poor document signing and support"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? UI looks good, and "promised" features look amazing. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I set up a property, added a tenant, created their lease agreement, asked them to sign it. They have signed the lease three times now, but the application still shows they haven't signed, and I cannot get a copy of the signed lease document. Support has taken a month to "resolve" the issue and still has not resolved the issue. They have gone two weeks now ...

Very affordable

PROS: First of all, what makes this program stand out from its competitors is its affordability. It does not have hidden charges. If you're looking for a good value for your money, you won't go wrong with this one. It's clean and easy to learn also. I also love how it easily keeps up with the times because developers often upgrade it. CONS: The customer support aspect of this program is not that great.
