Tenant Cloud makes everything seamless for our tenants and managing our rentals. We love the features like move-in/out inspection report, maintenance request portal, and the option to log property fees. We couldn’t do what we do without tenant cloud!

The only thing you need to manage your properties

Tenantcloud provides everything we need in managing our properties. We are a family own business so we don't have a big team to manage properties counting 50-100 doors, for short and long term rents. But finding tenantcloud really help with all the hassle. It's very easy to use and they just know what property manager needs. I do hope they can expand and be more international friendly as we are based in Asia, instead of the US. But otherwise, no complain.

I like Tenant Cloud it was easy to set up and they have a lots of articles to help guide you along the way. I’ve only had to reach out to support once and they were very helpful and answered my question quickly. I’d recommend Tenant Cloud its inexpensive and easy to use.

Appropriate tools for managing a few properties. I was hesitant to start paying for this as I only manage a few properties, but I find it very useful to manage the whole process all in one place.

Great management platform with lots of potential!

We like how this's a dedicated platform we can use to manage and track all things related to our real estate portfolio. While we're still only using the Starter plan for our current needs, as we expand our portfolio we can't wait to leverage the host of other functionalities related to tax forms, premium leads, and landlord forms that would otherwise be difficult to do on our own.
