Great Service, Always improving!
What do you like best? We have been with Telnyx for a couple of years, and the amount of improvements in that time frame has been remarkable. Complexity of configuration telecommunications services Recommendations to others considering the product: Savings in communications services with powerful interface with support What problems are you solving with the product? Great Provider for all things Communication!
What do you like best? Telnyx works around the clock, and is always available to help when needed. What do you dislike? Telnyx is the middle-man between the end user and the phone companies. Sometimes we wish we could be in direct contact with the phone companies, but Telnyx still does an outstanding job connecting the two ends. Great SIP Provider!
What do you like best? We discovered Telnyx in the vendor hall at a conference a few years ago. After chatting with them at the conference and doing some testing, we decided to add them as one of our carriers. Great Services
What do you like best? Telnyx portal is awesome, SIP trunking and VOIP services are very good. Transparent pricing module and chat support. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike in telnyx. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently, I am using telnyx for outbound and Inbound calling and its working very well.

A flexible and agile vendor that provides real and measurable business benefit
What do you like best? The ability to instantly provision phone numbers anywhere in the USA and Canada, helping us boost our local presence. Being able to turn up toll free numbers for our marketing team instantly (as opposed to 10+ days with a "traditional" telco/carrier). Great experience so far
What do you like best? i like the chat feature and the fact that my contacts Paul and Colleen make themselves available to assist whenever needed. i also like that 90% of the time that we get the date that is requested as well. What do you dislike? Not allowed to make same day cancellations like we are with other carriers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moving a port request last minute
