Ease of navigating from screen to screen; most information is on the screen you are looking at and texting customers with individual jobs for them to decide which one to approve or all to approve. "Great easy to use cloud based point of sale"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Great platform for any size auto shop to use. Their cloud based service offers me the opportunity to check in with my business from anywhere. This product is a lot better then our previous point of sale sale ROwriter was always crashing and needing tech support. What do you like best about Tekmetric? When we switched from using RO Writer to Tekmetric, it was like going from Atari to Playstation 5. It's SO thoughtfully well designed and they LISTEN to their users and make changes to make their lives easier. The product has gone through so many updates in a few years I've been using them. What do you like best about Tekmetric? Tekemetric provides a seamless process to move vehicle trough your shop. If you have anything you wanted added you submit your request and they work on getting it. They release new updates all the time and are extremely helpful!
