What do you like best about Tekmetric? It has been the most efficient ticket-building software I have come across; it is easy to manage many processes within it, and makes customer estimates, updates, and invoicing very seamless. What do you like best about Tekmetric? Cloud based so it could be accessed from anywhere. Service advisors really liked the quick vehicle look-up information in the right hand work column (filters, wipers and other routine maintenance items). "Shop Software for the Future!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? I can access my shop software from anywhere, even on my phone! New features are added regularly, and the DVIs with option to add photos and videos are a great tool to show customers why we are recommending services or repairs. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? It would be nice to be able to hide DVI items that were not performed or that do not apply to a vehicle to keep from having to create multiple DVI forms.
