"It's great, very user friendly."

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Organized, easy for customers to work with as well. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Often times when order parts, it's slow. Also, it seems to have issues often and the system will go down. They should only do updates on the weekends! What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? I'd like to be able to put in what percentage of profit I would like and it automatically adjust the price.

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Ease of use and getting team members trained on it is quick What do you dislike about Tekmetric? All the clicks, very few reports are printable, having to integrate for anything you want stinks What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Speed, its not clunky

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Tekmetric does a better job of collecting and developing software enhancements than any Automotive Shop Management System in our industry. Futhermore, they understand that because my business runs on no less than several vendor screens a day, that vendor integration is the only way to manage this ever growing task for users. What do you like best about Tekmetric? Cloud based so it could be accessed from anywhere. Service advisors really liked the quick vehicle look-up information in the right hand work column (filters, wipers and other routine maintenance items). I found the Inventory look-up options useful (could use just about any word associated with the part to look it up). What do you dislike about Tekmetric? So many things. "Shop Software for the Future!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? I can access my shop software from anywhere, even on my phone! New features are added regularly, and the DVIs with option to add photos and videos are a great tool to show customers why we are recommending services or repairs. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? It would be nice to be able to hide DVI items that were not performed or that do not apply to a vehicle to keep from having to create multiple DVI forms. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The use of digital inspections and being able to track just about anything. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? The redundancies and how it is not set up for quick, on-the-fly repair orders. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? It creates trust between the customer and the repair shop. The digital inspections allow transparency and help create a track record for issues previously found and suggested.
