What do you like best about Tekmetric? The most helpful thing about Tekmetric is its ease of use. They have so many features to customize to your needs that you can not be unsatisfied with it. There is very little training needed to get comfortable using this service and the speed of which you can build tickets, integrate parts vendors and accept payments numerous ways. What do you like best about Tekmetric? User freindliness and web based. advanced features for communicating with customers. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? very minor things. Primarily inability to print WIP reports in a list format for production meetings and whatnot. not being able to split labor times between techs. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping track of production while not being in the office is the biggest issue it has solved for me

What do you like best about Tekmetric? How easy it is to use it. The built in DVI is amazing. All of our staff loves the software. It is so easy for customers to access their reports, estimates and invoices. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? As a team, we would like better reports when it comes to timesheets. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? All in one system, we are excited for the future that is coming with canned job. The temerchant is a great plus.
