What do you like best about Tekmetric? I like how the Tekmetrick team is very subscriber involved. "Easy to Use, Powerful SMS with Great Support and Continued Development"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? We came from a system that did not have any integrated inspection / text messaging functionality and was split between two systems. Having everything integrated in one system has done a lot for our productivity and communication. The best part is support and continued development. "User friendly and a step above."

What do you like best about Tekmetric? The Tekmetric interface is easy to use and learn. Cuts down alot of our steps over previous systems we have used and everything is right in front of you in the system. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Nothing to complain of as yet. Been great for our company! What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? The system has brought our DIV's all to one place and text/pay integration is smooth.

What do you like best about Tekmetric? It is so easy to keep track of all parts ordered and returned. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? I honestly can't find something I dislike about this program. It is the best! Recommendations to others considering Tekmetric: It takes a little to get used to, but after that, it is very smooth sailing. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Tekmetric solves the problems of disorganization. Everything is easily accessible.

"The most responsive shop software company you will ever meet."

What do you like best about Tekmetric? We have talked w/ a few shop software company's over the last 15 years. And we have never seen a company that is so active with its user base. The interface is easy to work with and access anywhere on any device is amazing compared to our last software. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? What do you like best about Tekmetric? Remote access to the system when I’m out of town. Plus the reporting is just getting better. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? So many ways I’ve been able to review and drill down on simple metrics. Access to detailed info is the biggest benefit.
