"Great POS system!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Easy of use in creating professional service orders, with media integration. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Inability to quickly issue a refund if needed. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Tekmetric solves the problem of communicating to busy professionals not be able to speak directly during the workday about repairs. Texting or emailing estimates helps tremendously.

"Love this system"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? I love how organized this system has made our shop. It prompts each step from customer calls, to quotes, then parts ordering, scheduling and finally cashing out. It all works together so smoothly from start to finish. We also like how much easier it is to track productivity and sales with this system. What do you like best about Tekmetric? By far the best support team, they are always listening to our shops and tech and upgrading to the shop's needs. If there is an issue, they answer the phone or email. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? The reports are very vague, and some of the accounting reports are hard to maneuver; you have to use excel. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The layout of how everything is set up. Customers rave about the program and really like it. Easy to learn how to use it, love how organized it makes the quotes. Inspecton reports are amazing. Love how we can add photos and videos. I also love text messaging feature! What do you like best about Tekmetric? Cloud based! Easy to use and able to have alll techs use it. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? What do you like best about Tekmetric? Customer service. Always available, always take care of any issue. I could not ask for a better team!! Software is easy to use, self-explanatory.
