What do you like best about Tekmetric? I like that it is so easy to use. All of the information that I need for each vehicle is always right at my fingertips within the program. I also LOVE that I can communicate with my customers, as well as send them the inspections and estimates right through the program with the click of a button so they can easily view and approve the work on their own. What do you like best about Tekmetric? Easy of use in creating professional service orders, with media integration. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Inability to quickly issue a refund if needed. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Tekmetric solves the problem of communicating to busy professionals not be able to speak directly during the workday about repairs. Texting or emailing estimates helps tremendously.

The Tekmetric team is always working to improve the product, boith in making what's there work better and by adding to the features. Good partnerships with third party integrations.
