What do you like best about Tekmetric? I love the integration that it allows between all the shop personnel, it allows each individual to have their own tablet or computer logged into the system. This means less paperwork and more transparency between the technicians and office. It also allows our lead technician to be able to message customers directly without having a middleman. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The best thing about Tekmetric is the communication with the customer. It's easy to show them the inspections, estimates, and invoices. The feedback from customers is excellent as well. They love having all the information on their phones or computers. I also like that I can access it from anywhere. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The best part in my opinion is the fact that it is all-inclusive from inventory to sales tracking. Not only that, but it is also web-based so that you can function on the go. You can get text messages showing when a customer has authorized a repair that was sent to their phone as well as have the ablility to text back and forth in real time. "Great Shop Software that is Constantly Updating to Include Customer Wanted Features!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? We initially switched to Tekmetric because we could see all the parts suppliers on one screen without logging in to each individually, like we were doing while using Mitchell. I like how responsive the company is to any issues you have and how they allow you to recommend changes, and then all the users can vote on the requested changes. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? What do you like best about Tekmetric? The dvi inspection and user interface is excellent and hassle free. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? There is nothing to dislike about it. Yes maybe if the price was a bit lower it would be fantastic What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?
