What do you like best? This system is incredibly user friendly and robust. I am amazed at how smart this system is! What do you dislike? It can occasionally be too smart for the user's good, but that is not the fault of the system! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this program for tracking prospective students and applicants.

What do you like best? Great platform to bring together events, messages, appointments. My favorite concept about slate is that I can register attendees of an event and then mark them as attended. What do you like best? Slate is awesome because it pushes all of the emails you need sent without a ton of extra effort. Once you set up the mailing it's good to go! What do you dislike? Slate does SO much that it's not super easy to learn. There's always another element and it's easy to forget things when trying to set up queries. Lots of steps. What do you like best? From a daily users perspective it is very user friendly. It is also great to gather information. What do you dislike? Extracting the information seems a bit comber sum, but that just may be the way my organization has set it up. I wish it would be easier to generate reports. "Good Enterprise CRM"
What do you like best? Very easy to switch from previous CRM. Simple layout and functionality. What do you dislike? The reporting and query functions are not as intuitive to the layperson (more geared towards technical people). Recommendations to others considering the product: Great training documentation, videos, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed a CRM system for all aspects of the university.

What do you like best? Once you learn the basics of the system, it is pretty intuitive and easy to use. The documentation available in both video and text format really makes it possible to troubleshoot and learn many functions on your own. The training and on boarding they offer is also super helpful.
