What do you like best? Easy to manage campus guest visit requests as well as updating the system. What do you dislike? Sometimes things are really hard to navigate and not all in one place. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A

"Newer CRM, Useful but could use more innovation"

What do you like best? Pretty simple to use - navigation. Keeps internal team organized. What do you dislike? Limited integration with other CRM - would be helpful if it was with Salesforce since my position requires substantial use of both. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Use of Slate to manage university events and inquiries. Great as a management tool, however lags behind some of the other tools in terms of integration and automation.

What do you like best? Technolutions is the best CRM in the business. It's highly customizable which allows users to use in ways that meets their needs. We are a graduate school and manage 20+ programs with very unique needs, thanks to Slate, we are able to cater to each program with ease. What do you dislike? It was a slow step by step process. First you scan. Then you QA the pages, then you have to have the system and the web browser open. What do you like best? The platform has a great look and feel and the tiles are very helpful. What do you dislike? Nothing. It's a great tool and I have not encountered anything about it that I don't like. What do you like best? Slate has great CRM features for email and events. Queries are great for allowing data to be more accessible. What do you dislike? Slate needs to support implementation more broadly. They should consider having a implementation rep they could send to schools. Recommendations to others considering the product: Plan on a slower implementation. What do you like best? Data is easy to understand and presented in interesting visualizations such as the student engagement timeline. What do you dislike? Service is unpredictable; you could get a response in a day or not for two weeks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't under-resource your implementation team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enables our recruitment staff to more easily connect with their students.

"Innovating the face of Orientation"

What do you like best? I loved how you can specialize and change so many features to match the needs of each platform. Although it was mainly used through Enrollment Management, I used this software for New Student Orientation and controlled messaging, surveys, data, event attendance, and correspondence all through Slate.
