"Excellent Collaboration Program"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? Great for collaborations of small or midsize teams or even solo virtual assistants with their clients with room to grow. You can add automations with Zapier and other apps to make it even more efficient and allow for a simpler client interface for tech-illiterate clients to be able to fill in an online form to submit tasks and have them added as new projects within Teamwork automatically. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Can be overbuilt or ...

"Amazing way to be on the same page"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? I like the user interface and the ease of use. I like the feed for updates on all the projects and quicker ways to access any information. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? The one thing I dislike is that you need to select and unselect people manually when you are sending communication out to the team. If you need to send some email to a specific subset of the team, it is a manual process that needs to be done each time. Recommendations to ...

What do you like best about Teamwork.com? Great to marketing teams like ours with a lot of collaboration. We are constantly passing projects around and teamwork makes it easy to track our progress. Also like all the levels from projects down to tasks so you can categorize everything exactly the way you want. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? "Teamwork is Great!"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? Teamwork is a very robust program that allows me to manage projects, clients, and my team all in one place. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Sometimes it seems like there are almost TOO MANY features! I dislike that I don't have time to take advantage of all of them. What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We use this program mostly for time tracking. It's helps me, as a new project manager, see when projects are ...

"The Detail You Need, The Clutter You Don't"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? What I love about Teamwork is how customizable it is, while still maintaining an aesthetic that feels clean and efficient. I can manage which tabs and functions are available to which people, and I can edit privacy settings so that I can comfortably work with both clients and employees within the platform. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Because Teamwork is so robust, it can sometimes be a challenge to remember where which settings live, and ...

"Teamwork is great!"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? I like that you can organize your tasks many different ways. My preference is by priority. The ability to have sub-tasks has been super helpful to organize follow-up questions/tasks/etc. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Sometimes in certain task views the project gets broken up so it's like I have multiple task lists for the same project. I also really don't like the task notification emails. We've looked into trying to customize them, but ...

"Quick and easy project tracking system for teams"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? We have only been using this product for a week, but we like what we see so far. The interface was easy to understand and we were able to start using the product within an hour of logging in. Teamwork allows the team to see each other's tasks and gives them an idea of the work that needs to be done. :) It allows them to get a better handle on when tasks are due and who is working on the tasks. The daily morning email of your tasks is very ...

"It's OK"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? Time tracking, job tracking. Time tracking is excellent. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Architectural firms are difficult to design team management for. I've tried some that say they are but they didn't work. Teamwork comes closest, but there are too many compromises. Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com: Not particularly expensive, but is a bit cumbersome What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Great platform to keep steps on track"
What do you like best about Teamwork.com? The visibility of milestones made it easy to keep others on the team on track so that they knew where we were in the process and what needed to be done next. What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Not as applicable for projects that aren't step based. I would like to see more flexibility in the timeline. Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com: It's a good product for sticking to a timeline and keeping stakeholders apprised of the ...
