I like that you can completely and easily control the privacy on every project, task, file, etc. We work with lots of contractors and clients and we can easily control who can see what all in one place. The collection of project management features combined with unlimited users for the cost (starting at free) makes this the best PM tool I've ever used (and I've tried 20+). What do you dislike about Teamwork.com? Updating Gantt charts can be tricky and isn't as intuitive as I'd like.
