TeamViewer is exactly what I needed to support aging parents
TeamViewer is exactly what I needed to provide remote computer support to aging parents with mild dementia. It was a little challenging to get them to authorize the client on their side but that was due to Apple's clunky permissions granting setup. Once it was installed and authorized, I was able to watch them try to access their email and online banking sites and even control their computer remotely to help them perform tasks. I like that I can send/receive files.
