Works great. I was able to log into my daughter's computer on the other side of the country and help her with some problems.

Teamviewer is Great. Your Dishonest Policy is Poor.
Your system works very well. But I don't use very much of it. I just log into other people's computer when they need my help to get them going again. I am very disappointed in your algorithm which is supposedly detecting dishonest people who should be paying. I am a retired senior person who has a computer background and I help other senior people in their 80's fix problems on their computer at no cost in order to keep them active on the computer with all the changes that get down loaded ...

i have tried other similar app i found it unfriendly but when i used teamviewer it was very handy and excellent

The best tool for friends and family!
I dont use it very often but it have helped a lot for last years. When your friend or family member lives hundreds kilometers away it is a miracle to be able help someone in 10 minutes instead of spending whole day to be there personally....
