Nice tool!! Easy to use ...
Easy to download, set up, and use for the basic needs of remote control. The extensive other possibilities I do not need from a personal perspective but know IT support companies that use this tool and are extremely happy. As a matter of fact, one of those recommended that I use it. Very eash.
