New interface took a minute to figure…
New interface took a minute to figure out, but overall still easy to use. Reliable. I was a little frustrated because I got blocked for commercial use when really my friend was having a hard time getting TeamViewer installed on her side, so it shut off half a dozen times. But eventually, my account got rectified and seems to be working again. Great tool for someone who needs something 4 or 5 times a year to help a mom, kid, etc. So glad it's available. I've used the free copy for years to…
I've used the free copy for years to support my remote family and rate it 5 stars. BUT, it's very annoying and frustrating when I'm deemed to be using it for business purposes connection is cut off. I finally hit on the process to get reset but REALLY.
