Logging into client computer for remote access. Teamviewer is easy to use and allowed me to carry out the remote work that I needed. The client hadn't used the software before and I was able to talk them through a quick and easy installation.

it is so easy to log in remotely
it is so easy to log in remotely, and control my main computer when away on holidays, also an excellent tool to help solve peoples problems as one can see what is going wrong without being on-site :)
