Great for helping elderly parents/friends
I love TeamViewer. I use it to help elderly family members when they are having issues with their computers. I can get right in and 98% of the time find a file or fix the problem. Thank you TeamViewer for making this available!

TeamViewer "5" minutes experience
TeamViewer "5" minutes experience The trial version was dropping me out before 5 minutes had passed. It says you need to wait an specific hour, but it didn't let me in. When I connected it let me stay in a sponsored version more time than 5 minutes. That was confusing, so far I recommended it for remote control and access.
