Great tool!!!
This program has allowed me to help my 84 year old father use his VERY FIRST computer!!! He's in Alabama, while I'm in Oregon. He know's that if any issues arise, he can call me with a new access password for support 24 hours a day...THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!

Making the life of the family IT guy Liveable!
TeamViewer is making the life of the family IT guy a lot easier than trying to talk "end users" of various skill levels through basic troubleshooting. I stop them when they try to describe the problem now and tell them - "Let's get TeamViewer up and take a look"!

Great connectivity
I have a slow upload connection (approx. 0.8Mbps), but Team Viewer handles the connection really good allowing me to control my PC from afar with better performance than other remote connection applications. In addition, the fact that it's free for personal use is fantastic.
