I have elderly parents who are mostly computer illiterate and their computer is always "breaking down" (which usually amounts to a PEBKAC error). Teamviewer has been amazing for sorting out their tech issues from the comfort of my lounge. Thanks guys, you've saved my hairline.

TeamViewer is 100% seamless
TeamViewer is 100% seamless and effortless. Absolutely recommend it. I used it for helping my 70 year old mother-in-law sort out her finances from a distance. TeamViewer just works. Awesome job!
