Once we got connected
Once we got connected, it worked great. We had problems getting connected. I had problems figuring out how to get the one-time password to pop into the window.

i have to log in to my office to check…
i have to log in to my office to check on things while iam on vacation and often it's just a few minutes at a time but i can leave the app running and check back in hours later without effort.

Teamviewer is the best I've found
I can log in with a fast connection my office computer from just about anywhere in the world. Log in, work , log out. You simply can't beat TeamViewer!

Its v good for connecting to multiple…
Its v good for connecting to multiple computers. My only gripe is problems connecting to certain phones, the cost for "small' users - I am self-employed, have about 10 computers to connect to, and it costs about 800GBP a year. Also a little upset by the restriction of only allowing 3 host computers allowed to connect from. Customer support is excellent.
