Smooth operation
Smooth operation It is great! how easy it is to connect with others' computers and steer them to their needs. The infrastructure is straightforward and it allows you to change your view and/or screen with a few clicks. Based on my lack of knowledge, if there were hotkeys it would make it even better. All in all, very good. I recommend it

Easy to use & Supporting dual monitor
I really love your remote access system. I've used three other programs serving similar functions and I found that teamviewer is the best one. It's easy to use and I really appreciate that it made me available to use dual monitor even in remote system.

Teaching Granddaughter Microsoft Suite.
My granddaughter lives in MD and I am in Colorado and I'm teaching her Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. With this program I am able to teach and see her screen and discuss how to do things using Microsoft suite. Excellent program.
