Best way for remote access, in my opinion.
Works great to access my home PC when I'm traveling or to help my Mom or brother with issues. I once got inadvertently flagged as a professional user, but Customer Service was quick to remedy that, so I give them kudos for that. Best way for remote access, in my opinion. I had a bad experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop (it got hacked on a non-standard port and ransomware got installed), so TeamViewer is all I use now.
