Team Viewer works successfully every time when I need to address issues with my elder parent's windows 10 computer that is in another state. One minor change that might improve my experience, is the on screen "session box" sometimes covers what I need to see. I know I can move it, but perhaps it can be minimized...I hardly pay attention to what it says...because I am so focused on addressing the problem in the remote computer.
