Straightforward and faultless
I'm using this to provide tech support to my brother who lives remote from me and is vision impaired. The product installed easily and works perfectly for remote desktop control, even over a WiFi hotspot to his phone. It's a life saver for us.

Great program-not only for companies but also for private use
Great program - not only for companies but also for private use I use this program to help my deaf father with his devices, with which he often has some problems. He lives in a different country and without this possibility, he would have to wait several weeks or even months until I would be able to come in person to help him.
