One of the best in their software scope
TeamViewer does offer the largest range of software products for file sharing, conferencing et device management. Their cross-platform products are among the best in each category, especially in remote management. Took the cake!
Tried a couple of products and Teamviewer took the cake for helping aging parents/grandparents! Some other products don't intercept certain Windows events (giving admin permission when installing a program for example) which was a real pain point.
