the free version is practically all you need as a casual user, only downside is that if u help a family member too many times, they think you are using the program for selling profesional help. otherwise good product.

Connection was stable and good
Connection was stable and everything has been done with ease. I was using the "old fashioned" style with ID and password and it works for me as a charm. For me, no need to enhance anything.
