LOOONG Time user
I've been using Team Viewer for personal use since I remember discovering the platform over a decade ago. I've never had any issues with them and would recommend them especially if you have family members that aren't tech savy and need your help on a regular basis. For business use I can imagine that their pricing is fair and their service is well worth it.
