Teamviewer is powerful tool
Teamviewer is powerful, simple, secure, and has lots of bells and whistles that you can use or ignore. They are available, but not pushy. Reliability and speed are added pluses. Whether it's remote management, file transfer, or helping Mom figure out facebook or PlentyOfFish, this is a great tool.
