Smooth connection to my rebuilt laptop to use my main PC to get everything set up. Also, I help a couple relatives with software issues and questions. Using Teamviewer beats driving 30 miles to set up a new printer!

Helping someone with little Computer Knowledge
I am trying to help an elderly lady in a different state to get her computer up and running. So I needed a program that a person with zero computer knowledge can load on her computer to allow me access and so far this seems to work fine.
