GREAT, FREE REMOTE TROUBLE-SHOOTING APP
Having been using TeamViewer for several years to help my sister remotely with her computer issues. She lives in Pennsylvania, I in Colorado. Purchased a newer laptop for her (currently in my possession in Colorado) and was able to connect the two systems with relative ease. When I send it to her, someone there will have to assist her with setting it up (personalize) at her end, but I don't anticipate any problems.

Very useful to help elders
Very useful to help elders. My mom needed some documents downloaded and being in another country makes impossible to visit and explain and fix the problem. With this program I can teach her some stuff and mantain her computer while she downloads stuff for the book she's writing

Efficient and effective work with Team Viewer
The connection is excellent, it allows me to speed up my work and I feel very safe working remotely. The time that I remain linked is enough to make queries, review files or copy them, it is as if I were on site doing my work, in addition, the transfer of information is very fast. Thank you so much,
