Easy to use and very convenient
The tool is very easy to use and allows me to easily support my elderly mother from a distance, particularly as she struggles more in using her PC. I am very grateful for this product.

Great for remote tech supporting
Teamviewer is a great product for tech supporting my mother from across the country. I'm really grateful for its effectiveness and ease of use. And it appears that they are better about correcting erroneous "business use." I originally got flagged because they thought I was using it for commercial purposes, but after I contacted them and told them I was just helping my mother, my access was restored

This is a great product
This is a great product. I would use this more and in more spaces. but the cost of a subscription is two expensive when you add this cost in with all the other subscriptions we have to pay for such as Zoom etc
