Easy to Use and Reliable

I'm trying out TeamViewer and their biggest competitor right now. I had used the competitor's product before and had a generally very positive impression of it, but I must say I now think that TeamViewer is easier to use and more reliable. I really like it. The TeamViewer web based console is fine, but I like the local "TeamViewer Full Client" even better. I'm managing a remote Ubuntu server from a Mac.
