Free personal use to support family.
I use the free version to help family members who have very little knowledge of computers. Most of our problems are a result of software updates or upgrades that require new settings. I can also run preinstalled maintenance utilities that help cleanup the drives. This saves miles of travel when hardware is not the problem. I appreciate TeamViewer allowing personal use of this software.
