Makes it much easier to help my wife and her mother
I have used this for several years to help my wife and her mother on their computers. Even though the computers are in the same house it makes it so much easier to help them and not have to look over their shoulders. I only need the basic features and only a few times a year. Thank you

Teamviewer did a good job reconnecting after repeated reboots
Teamviewer did a good job reconnecting to the remote computer after it rebooted and became available again. This saves a lot of talking back and forth and trying to reconnect.
