Best functional remote control available as long as it keeps working. I used the product for several years to occasionally support my family's PCs. When the Covid related abuse of the free use of the product resulted in being reclassified a comercial user and could not use it anymore without paying. I contacted support at the time and tried to get the "free for personal use" status back by completing the procedure for "free" use again by submitting MAC addresses for my main PC and the few ...
